MENTAL HEALTH



Mental health  is characterized by absence of mental illness, some of its effects on your thinking , feelings , and actions are being comfortable of yourself and positive feelings about others. Mental health problem is a negative emotion which influences  thinking ,behavior, and mood.

These Factors Lead to mental Health:

I- Organic or Biological Factor (Brain Chemistry):

Organic or Biological factors consist of anything physical that can cause adverse effects on a person's mental health. Each individual’s own genetic make-up can contribute to being at risk of developing a mental illness. This includes genetics, prenatal damage, infections, exposure to toxins, brain defects or injuries, chemical imbalances, and substance abuse (such as alcohol or drugs) and deficiencies of certain vitamins and minerals in an individual’s diet can also play a part.

II- Environmental Factor (Trauma or Abuse):

Environmental causes are more psychologically based thus making them more closely related. Where someone lives and their living conditions along with family and community support networks can play a part along with employment status and work stresses. Environmental factors include but are not limited a dysfunctional home life, poor relationships with others, substance abuse, not meeting social expectations, low self-esteem and poverty.

III- Heredity Factor (Family History Related Mental Health Illness):

There is evidence to suggest that heredity can play some part in the development of some forms of mental illness. The reliable identification of specific genetic susceptibility to particular disorders, through linkage or association studies, has proven difficult. As with physical health conditions, the other factors will play a significant part too.

Anger
1- Anger

Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, when you think that someone has behaved in an unfair, cruel or unacceptable way. Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problems. But excessive anger can cause problems.

3- Shame



Shame is the social emotion and painful feeling arising from the consciousness of something dishonorable, improper, and ridiculous. That can be seen as resulting from comparison of the self's action with the self's standards.

4- Frustration


In psychology, frustration is a common emotional response to the opposition and the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something. Frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked.

5- Sadness

Sadness is the condition or quality of being sad and a transient emotional state that is generally associated with negative moods and unhappy feelings or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, disappointment and sorrow.

Interest is the feeling of a person whose attention , concern, or wanting to know or learn about something or someone.

10- Serenity

Serenity is the absence of mental stress or anxiety and  is the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled. Use serenity to mean the quality or state of being calm and peaceful.

Enthusiasm is intense enjoyment, interest, or approval. The word was originally used to refer to a person possessed by a god, or someone who exhibited intense piety.
